SECTION 1 - THE MÔROSH CUSTOMER

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS AND AESTHETICS

At MÔROSH, we strive for perfection in every detail. However, due to variations in device screens, the colors and textures of materials such as denim and rhodium may show slight differences from reality. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of our limited edition pieces to preserve the brand's exclusivity. Descriptions and prices may be updated without prior notice, always guaranteeing the current price at the time of your purchase.

SECTION 3 - PURCHASE PROCESS AND PAYMENTS

Each order is a purchase offer that MÔROSH confirms after validating the payment. Once the order is accepted, our logistics team initiates the process immediately, so address changes must be requested within a maximum of 2 hours.

• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, bank debit via PSE, and other secure local methods.
• Taxes: In Colombia, all our prices already include VAT.

SECTION 4 - LOGISTICS AND DELIVERIES

Our shipments depart from Cali, Colombia. Although delivery times are estimates (1-2 days in Cali, 3-5 in major cities), we are committed to tracking until the piece is in your hands. In case of loss or damage during transport, MÔROSH will manage the claim with the transport company to ensure your satisfaction.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The visual universe of MÔROSH (logos, editorial photographs, product designs, and texts) is the exclusive property of the brand. The use, reproduction, or distribution of any content without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and protected by international copyright laws.

SECTION 6 - GUARANTEES, RETURNS, AND APPLICABLE LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.

• Right of Withdrawal: As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 5 business days following delivery.
